caught the 'mono'

im not sure how that happened.

symptoms started may 29

started eating really good, vitamins, "herbal" things, water all the time, resting. been staying in, going to sleep at 11pm. havent ridden my bike in a couple weeks. that sucks the most.

now i feel awesome.

have one in queue to be painted, and im building singlespeed townie for a friend in brooklyn. gonna show williamsburg whats up.

got really active on a fixed-gear-centric message board. never been this into a message board before its craaazy.

i seem to be on a streak of making careless mistakes at work lately. just not paying attention or not double checking things. need to get out of that.

they love me at my weekend job though. im actually setting new standards.

generally things are good, and will get better.

tomorrow im getting either a 1998 or 1999 white volvo wagon. so good. both are around the same price. one is in arlington, one is in garland.

i havent seen either in person yet.

i was at a lot yesterday and said i was looking for a volvo wagon, the guy said that he was supposed to have one that day but the other guy didnt bring it, and he'd have it on monday. what luck, right. yeah. that's a little sketchy. he's going to call me tomorrow supposedly. we'll see.

the guy with the 98 (which may or may not exist) wants 3500, and the 99 is for sale for 2999. the 99 has 142,000 miles. yeah, thats a lot. i kinda dont care. need a car, want that car. thats half of what my buick had and it was still going. both the engine problems were directly my fault, so its not like the car would have died if i took proper care of it. i dont know how many miles the 98 has on it. i guess i'll just get whichever one has less miles.

I've never said that I hate Radiohead, or even that I don't like Radiohead. I've just never been into them.

After hearing all the talk about them coming to the Dallas area, I figured I'd give their discography another spin.

The only album I really like is Ok Computer.

I appreciate Radiohead.

All the others are good. They have good beat-things and good production, but 80% of the time, if I would skip to the middle of a track, it would have the same sounding droning voice as the last one. If I'm going to listen to stuff like that, I'd rather listen to Sigur Ros.

flickr is weird for me, kinda. i have a LOT of web space, and i have pretty much all of my pictures on my website. the photo section somehow got broken recently so i have to fix that, but thats beside the point. i guess you could call my flickr stuff the "best of". . . for the most part. there are a lot of crap shots on there, but mostly, it is filled with things i thought were good, because the flickr gets more exposure than room203.net/photos. EXPOSURE. GET IT?

im not saying my design of http://www.oneyearaudiobible.org/ was amazing the first time, but now its even less awesome due to the fact that we have to have the NLT logo and tyndale's "one year bible" logo on all the stuff related to the one year bible that we are producing/marketing. im personally not a fan of how things are layed out at the top but with the "i want it right now" attitude here at mastermedia.. .its just what came out when i sat down to do it and thats how it is.
